Contribution Limits and Legal Requirements

• Individuals, businesses, and organizations may contribute up to $10,000 per election cycle.

• Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and PACs are allowed within legal limits.

• All donors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

• Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

• If contributing $100 or more, state law requires us to collect and report your name, address, occupation, and employer.

Ways to Contribute

• Online: Donate securely through our website using a credit or debit card.

• By Check: Make checks payable to "Cali Binks for County Superintendent 2026" and mail to:
