Dr. Mathew Holton, and Ted Alejandre
May 21, 2026
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for this fundraiser and showed their support for our campaign. Thank you to Dr. Lynne Kennedy, Dr. Mathew Holton, and special guest County Superintendent Ted Alejandre for helping bring our community together in such a meaningful way.
This work has never been about a title, it’s about our students. It’s about ensuring every child in San Bernardino County has what they need to learn, grow, and succeed, from their first crayon to their graduation cap.

Some of the most meaningful moments of this campaign have come through conversation, sitting down with community members, asking questions, and truly listening to what matters most to the people we serve.
A fundraiser held at the Lincoln Memorial Shrine was hosted by Neal Waner, a 13-year Trustee and former Board President of the Redlands Unified School District, current Board Member at Redlands Community Hospital, and Executive Committee Trustee with SBCERA, alongside Joyce Waner, a member of the LLUCH Foundation Board of Directors.

The momentum we are building together is truly exciting!
At the heart of this work is listening to our communities and understanding their priorities, that’s what drives everything we do.

with the Community

Our Pop-In event brought together so many wonderful community members!
It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, share ideas, and hear your thoughts while picking up yard signs in support of our campaign. Seeing that support out in our neighborhoods, and building a shared vision for supporting students, teachers, and families across our county, truly matters.
